Made with our fine cocoa beans from Ecuador and dates, this bar is a perfect balance between sweet and salty, these Ecuadorian cocoa beans are pure Arriba Nacional grown in the foot of the Andes on a nutritional-rich volcano soil giving us an earthy floral aroma to this chocolate. on top, we are adding "flor de sal" which means a flower of salt actually it's a salt that forms a thin, delicate crust on the surface of seawater as it evaporates.
