Kaicao is part of the bean-to-bar movement changing the chocolate industry. We are one of the only companies in the world using dates to sweeten all our products, which makes them a healthy superfood delight. Dates are a perfect alternative sweetener and a great source of iron, fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, flavonoids and potassium.

An innovation-driven perspective
We approach the traditional process through the essence that distinguish ourselves: innovation and creativity, taking responsibility for every step of production.
We use ethically trade fine aroma cocoa beans from single-origin farms, which represent only 5% of the world's cocoa beans keeping a close relationship with the farmers overlooking the fermentation and sundering process. Then we develop a delicate process that’s done by hand in-house at our cacao lab to create our unique date-swettened products.
